Their Children’s team are also running a fun, informative programme for all children in Suffolk to participate in, which includes free webinars accessible from their website. Go to www.onelifesuffolk.co.uk for more information about how we can support you and your family, alternatively speak to a member of their Client Services Team on 01473 718193.

Suffolk Domestic Abuse Hotline: This is a 24/7 helpline service for sufferers of domestic abuse operated by Anglia Care Trust (www.angliacaretrust.org.uk) who also offer a discrete instant messaging service via their website (9am-5pm Monday to Friday) for webchats - which includes a 'quick exit' button and other mechanisms to increase on-line security.  The hotline number is 0800 977 5690.

Note that if people are in immediate danger they should call the police on 999. If someone is unable to speak or make a sound, but needs immediate help, they should call 999 and stay on the line, then press 55 when prompted and the call will be transferred to the police, who will know it is an emergency call.
