Draft Local Plan SCDC Drop In Session at Kirton on Tuesday 24th July – Make Your Views Known!

The District Council Draft Local Plan is now out for consultation and the cut-off date for comments is 14th September.   To support this, SCDC are holding a "Drop In" session at the Recreation Ground Pavilion between 4pm and 7.30pm; they will have display boards and officials  available to discuss their plans and some opportunity for feedback during the event.   The big issues for Kirton & Falkenham are the proposed conversion of Innocence Farm to industrial use and the proposed housing at Bucklesham Road.     Trimley St. Martin residents will also be concerned about Innocence Farm.      The Parish Council encourages  everyone to go along to this on Tuesday.    SCDC will be taking note of the numbers of people attending and the amount of comment; the more people who attend and make their feelings known to the SCDC officials the better.
