Lendology CIC is a responsible finance provider working with Suffolk County Council on their Warm Home Suffolk initiative.  

The Warm Homes Suffolk initiative delivers a suite of offers, grants and finance to ensure Suffolk homeowners are supported appropriately with home improvements.

The Warm Homes Suffolk Loan is an innovative initiative by Suffolk County Council offering interest-free loans of up to £15,000 to help homeowners make their properties warmer, safer, and more energy efficient. 

The loans can fund energy efficiency upgrades such as insulation, solar panels, batteries, double glazing, or heat pumps, with repayment terms of up to seven years at 0% interest.

The scheme officially launched in November 2024. It is a critical part of Suffolk’s efforts to reduce carbon emissions, lower energy bills, and enhance the well-being of residents by improving their living conditions.
